Who I Am

Based in Boston, MA, I am a recent Emerson College graduate with a BFA in Theatre & Performance and a completed minor in Womens, Gender & Sexuality Studies. I focused my studies primarily on performance (stage and screen) and directing for the stage, though I also gained hands-on experience in arts management and producing in my time in school.

My first experiences performing were my “After Dinner Entertainment” shows where I would sometimes write and sometimes improvise original comedy sketches, musical covers, and full choreography to popular songs for my family as they finished up eating. Making my brother laugh through these performances were the first moments I fell in love with getting audiences to embrace their humanity.

Stories that center women’s voices and experiences most excite me, especially those that explore female-to-female relationships in all forms (sapphic love, female friendships, mother/daughter, etc). Performing Shakespeare fulfills me in its own unique way, as does engaging with pieces that remind me of musical theater I grew up on such as You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, The Pajama Game, and Wicked (to name a few).

Outside of theater, I am a Jewish educator, a runner (currently training for my first marathon), and coffee reliant.
